Artist<\/strong> a natural or legal person cooperating with the Data Controller, or having entered into an agreement with the Data Controller regarding the sale of works of art.<\/span><\/p>\n

Telephone caller<\/strong> - a person who calls the contact phone number indicated on the Website regarding the provision of services and\/or other issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Direct marketing<\/strong> \u2013 activities aimed at offering goods or services to persons by post, telephone or other direct means and\/or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Data Controller will collect personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n
