Aistė Jurgilaitė

The status of an artist was granted by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania (since 2005).
Since 1998, I have been involved in organizing exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. From 2007 to 2013, I worked as a teacher of painting and drawing at the Crosne Art Academy in France. I currently live and work in Lithuania, near Trakai. Living in France for 15 years has enriched me culturally and socially, communicating with artists from various fields and getting to know different cultural aspects is undoubtedly reflected in my work. My main field of work is painting and related exhibition activities. Not limited to this, in recent years I have started creating original perfumes, thus seeking a new expression for my creative potential. Art, like life, is a tireless transformation for me, it is a constant search for myself.
