MB Meno aukcionai, legal entity code 307546058, registered office address – J.Galvydžio str. 11-31, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) hereby sets out the terms and conditions of personal data processing when using the website managed by the Data Controller www.menoaukcionai.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
The terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply every time you visit the website, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.
It is very important that you read the Privacy Policy carefully, because each time you visit the Website owned by the Data Controller, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not visit our website or use our content and/or services.
By providing his/her personal data (including data that he/she directly or indirectly provides when visiting the website and using its services), the Data Subject agrees and does not object to the Data Controller managing and processing them for the purposes and procedure specified in this Privacy Policy, the Data Subject's consent and provided for in legal acts.

Representative – a person representing the Data Controller's partners (service providers), both natural and legal persons.
Data subject For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, is considered to be a Representative, the Applicant, the Client (Buyer), the Candidate, the Telephone Callers, the E-mail Contactor or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller.
Applicant – a natural person who is interested in the services provided by the Data Controller or wishes to contact the Data Controller on other matters.
Client (buyer) – a person who has entered into a contract with the Data Controller for the purchase of works of art (at auction, in a gallery or online – in any way sold by the Data Controller).
Artist a natural or legal person cooperating with the Data Controller, or having entered into an agreement with the Data Controller regarding the sale of works of art.
Telephone caller - a person who calls the contact phone number indicated on the Website regarding the provision of services and/or other issues.
Direct marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to persons by post, telephone or other direct means and/or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered.
The Data Controller will collect personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling institutions.
All reasonable technical and administrative measures shall be applied to protect the collected data about the Data Subjects from loss, unauthorised use and alteration.
Persons who are under the age of 18 may not provide any personal data through the Data Controller's Website. If you are someone under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your parent or other legal guardian before submitting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
The terms used in the Privacy Policy are understood as they are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

Processing of personal data for the purpose of executing requests
Processing of personal data of the persons contacting the Data Controller, including the Telephone callers, for the purpose of providing services and/or other issues.
The Data Controller processes the following personal data of the Applicants, including the Telephone Callers:
- Name;
- Surname;
- Phone number;
- Email;
- Address;
The data of the applicants are not transferred to third parties.
Personal data is processed on the basis of consent expressed when providing your personal data (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Processing of personal data for the purpose of performing a contract for the purchase of works of art
The Data Controller shall process the following personal data of the Representatives of natural persons or legal persons when performing service provision agreements:
- Representatives of customers (buyers) – natural persons and customers (buyers) – legal entities: name, surname, delivery address of works of art, telephone number, e-mail, in case of electronic payment – payment card or bank transfer data.
- For the purpose of registration to participate in the auction: for natural persons and representatives of clients (buyers) – legal entities: name, surname, delivery address of works of art, telephone number, e-mail, in the case of electronic payment – payment card or bank transfer details.
- Client representatives: name, surname, relationship with the client (authorization), telephone number, e-mail address.
Data received directly from Clients or their representatives, with their consent, in the performance of the contract with the Client, and/or in accordance with the procedure established by law, is transferred to the following recipients as needed: STI, FNTT, law enforcement institutions.
The Data Controller may provide personal data of Customers and other Data Subjects to Data Processors not specified in this Privacy Policy (couriers, accounting, IT service providers).
The grounds for processing personal data for the purposes of providing services are: consent of the data subject, performance of a contract, legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c)).
What do we do to protect your information?

Personal data retention periods
Purpose of personal data processing – Retention period
- Execution of requests – 1 year from the date of execution of the request (except in certain cases – 10 years).
- Purchase of works of art – 10 years from the date of delivery (return) of the goods.
After the deadlines expire, the data is destroyed.

- delete data ("be forgotten");
- restrict processing;
- transfer data;
- object to direct marketing;
- file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
